Series ‘PPE’ solid injection moulded PP Pumps |

Series ‘PPE’ -
Solid injection moulded polypropylene (PP) pumps are used for handling corrosive/aggressive media. Series “PPE” pumps employ semi-open impeller design and robust construction for handling, hassle free operation.
Head Range : 130 Mtrs.
Capacity Range : 150 M³/Hr.
Suction Size : Upto 125 mm
Discharge Size : Upto 100 mm

Features:
- Detachable Discharge branch with Viton ‘O’ ring is provided. In the event of damage, only discharge branch can be replaced, unlike entire casing in conventional design.
- Back plate is provided with ‘PTFE’ gasket to ensure effective sealing.
- Fasteners are GRP encapsulated to avoid environmental corrosion, which helps easy dismantling for ‘Hassle free maintenance’.
- Casing & Impeller clearance can be adjusted externally.
- ‘PTFE’ gasket between impeller & sleeve ensures leak free joint for shaft protection, unlike an ‘O’ ring in conventional design.

Series ‘RD’-
These pumps are a variation of series “PPE” pumps, incorporating unique back-pull-out feature in non-metallic pumps. This offers all the advantages of easy maintenance, similar to metallic pumps having back-pull-out feature.

These are compact design mono-block PP pumps. The pump impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft and reduces number of components and associated costs. These pumps are available up to 5.0 HP in 1450 and 2900 rpm.

Series “PPK”
Polymer lined pumps are top-of-the-line pumps in non-metallic series. Casing and back plate are graded carbon steel castings on which different linings are done using hi-tech transfer moulding process (latest US technology). These pumps can virtually replace expensive higher alloy pumps like, A-20, H-C, H-B, Titanium, Tantalum, and Monel at affordable prices.

Capacity Range : 150 M³/Hr.

Features:
- Unique ‘Dove-tail’ grooves are provided on the metal casing & backplate to ensure firm grip between the metal parts and lining and hence eliminating lining peel-off possibility.
- Hi-Tech transfer moulding technology ensures defect free lining with uniform thickness.
- These pumps can be offered with different mechanical seal options such as single, double & cartridge with API Plans 52, 53 & 54 unlike other manufacturers.
- These pumps are spark tested at 15KVA which ensures defect free lining.
- These pumps can also be supplied with jacketed casing & stuffing box for critical services.

Magnetic driven seal less pumps are available for clear and highly corrosive chemical transfer applications. Different MOC’s can be offered to suit temperature range of -30°C to +120°C depending upon applications and requirements.
